Vov Dylan is an Australian violinist whose performances bridge classical, jazz, pop, and crossover styles with broad audience appeal. His musical journey began early — featured in a newspaper at 21 months and making his ABC TV debut at 11 — and has since taken him to concert halls, theatres, and festival stages across Australia and the world.
Recognised as a “Superstar Violinist” (The AU Arts Review), Vov has released over 15 albums, with multiple entries in the ARIA Classical and Crossover charts, including several No. 1 Independent releases. His 2022 recording Kismet: Vignettes for Violin and Piano was the highest-selling Australian classical album of the year, following chart-topping success with projects such as La Vida Apasionada.
Internationally, Vov has performed to audiences of over 15,000, including a major concert in Tainan City, Taiwan, with X Factor China winner Mary-Jess and pianist Glenn Amer. At home, he has played sold-out shows at venues such as the Sydney Opera House and across regional and metropolitan Australia.
His career is equally defined by philanthropy and education. Vov’s World Lullabies album supported the Starlight Foundation, and through Keys of Change he has brought music education to communities in Ghana, Japan, and beyond. He is also a driving force behind Australia’s Musical Canvas, an educational program promoting contemporary Australian classical music in schools.
Praised for his charisma and connection with audiences — “mischievous, charismatic, bubbling with energy… constantly surprising” (Fine Music FM) — Vov Dylan continues to delight listeners with performances that combine virtuosity, warmth, and a genuine love of music.
